Frank Gargano

Frank M. Gargano, CLU, ChFC, CASL

Frank devoted the majority of his 30+ years of industry tenure working with three leading financial services firms. His experience includes the design and implementation of a financial services operation for one out of three Fortune 500 companies with which he partnered. The pilot operation became a new way of doing business for the entire company’s distribution system. Following the success of the pilot firm, he was promoted to Managing Director and led one of the company’s premier distribution profit centers. Frank held the position of Vice President with the two other Fortune 500 companies he worked with before forming his own firm, Financial Independence Network.
 
In addition to his daily work responsibilities, Frank also taught as an Adjunct Professor at New York’s Pace University Lubin School of Business (Center For Professional Education). His main duties included the education of matriculating Certified Financial Planner (CFP) candidates. The CFP course work he taught was in retirement planning and employee benefits. Frank’s in-depth experience in this area has proven to be an important asset to those in need of professional retirement planning services.

Operations & Marketing

Elana R. Ochs

Elana has held the position of Director of Marketing for two of New York City’s leading financial services firms. Throughout her tenure, Elana’s experience encompassed all areas of client, firm and representative marketing initiatives and program training. She designed all marketing materials, advertising and multimedia currently used to promote the firm and its representing agents.

In addition, she coordinated all public events and set the standards for which all future promotions are held. Most recently, Elana worked within the Advanced Marketing framework to create and implement target market programs that coordinate the unique abilities of financial professionals to offer clients teams of advisors. As a member of Financial Independence Network, Elana’s responsibilities include the coordination and management of all marketing initiatives and education-based programs.
